CHICK-FIL-A RECRUITMENT
ACD — AD + DESIGNER
Recognizing the growing need to engage Gen Z talent and address escalating recruitment demands, I led the strategic evolution of our employer brand creative. This comprehensive effort aimed to significantly bolster Operator support by driving national awareness of the Team Member role, thereby empowering local markets to attract and retain top-tier talent.
To ensure the stories felt authentic and truly representative of the Chick-fil-A experience, we cast real Team Members from the Atlanta area and conducted shoots within their individual Restaurants. A primary objective was to craft social-first creative that possessed long-term sustainability, ensuring its relevance throughout the year without succumbing to fleeting digital trends. The creative was ran as paid media on YouTube Shorts/OLV pre-roll and as organic content for local Restaurants.
My involvement/role: Concept ideation + Art direction
