CHICK-FIL-A TRUE INSPIRATION SCHOLARS

This spring, Chick-fil-A helped invest $19 million to restaurant Team Members in scholarships -- 7,492 Team Members in 44 states, Washington D.C., and Canada. Of those, 12 incredible Team Members received a life-changing scholarship of $25,000. With the virtual, social-distancing world we still lived in, Chick-fil-A wanted to come up with a way to still congratulate these special Team Members in a memorable way even if we can't all be together. Working with the in-house creative team, we came up with a ruse to get our Team Members to join a virtual retreat. Shortly after some introductions, Dan Cathy would pop in and surprise them with the announcement of their scholarships. In addition to working with our event and video teams, we also helped develop video guidelines for markets to capture their own content to put on their own social channels. Supporting assets were also created for national channels and local markets to help inspire future Team Members to join the team and pursue their own dreams.
