CHICK-FIL-A TRI-STATE

Coming out of Covid, one of the biggest employer challenges is attracting and maintaining talent. The Chick-fil-A Tri-State market (which includes Restaurants within the New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut areas) really faced this
issue and wanted a solution that helps set themselves apart from other QSRs. How do you drive awareness to the brand, but also showcase the communities that live in these areas? Partnering with the Market, we found 3 Team Members that really embodied the spirit of Chick-fil-A and the Tri-state area. These paid social videos highlighted a sliver of each of their personal and work lives and by doing so, we were able to showcase the work/life balance and support they're able to have while working at their Chick-fil-A's.
My involvement/role: Concept ideation + Art direction
